Disciplines
Race will include trail running, mountain biking, kayaking, special tests and navigation. Total miles, 22-28. Fees include kayak, paddles, race number, t-shirt, and post-race refreshments.

Directions
Take Rt. 495 to Exit 2, head East on Rt. 58 for three miles, turn Right on Cranberry Rd, proceed 2.7 miles to Park Entrance and find Lower College Pond Rd. Follow Lower College Pond Rd. to College Pond Parking Area.
Accomodations
Any hotel in Plymouth. Camping is available at Myles Standish on first-come, first-serve basis. They will have 48 sites open that weekend, fee is $10 / night.
Race Updates
Race Update #1 - Myles Standish Park is located only 15 minutes from Cape Cod. It has a real Cape feel with scrub brush, pine trees and sandy terrain. The park is flat and will make for a fast course.
